B | 嫌疑人梁某与新能源车主张某，在顺风车交流群相识，二人发现这一规则漏洞后，策划实施非法牟利。 梁某在网络平台买来870多个虚拟手机号，每天给张某800元好处费，让他就干一件事——不停绑定子账号、充两次、立刻解绑，之后梁某把这些“免费充电位”挂到网上，专卖大货车司机，每单80~120元。
C | 梁某交代，一辆重卡大车充满需要约600度电，耗时3小时，因为从他这里买电便宜，所以还有不少固定客户。
D | 从4月作案开始，该团伙反复更换大量虚假子账号持续充电，企业后台风控排查发现账号数据异常，5月20日正式向公安机关报案。 办案人员很快将梁某、张某抓捕归案，经查，该手段累计窃电造成损失超过40万元，梁某会向张某支付每日报酬，以此维持合作关系。 浦东新区检察院认定，二人虽然实施的是窃电行为，但行为已构成诈骗罪，日前浦东新区人民检察院对梁某、张某批准逮捕。 在讯问中，梁某和张某都表示愿意积极退赔，梁某还表示，其妻子已经将自家房子挂牌出售，愿意用卖房款赔偿被害车企全部损失。
